WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SAUNA ?

It's possible that public saunas require clothing, but private saunas let you make the decision yourself. The most common options are towel wraps, oversized t-shirts or swimsuits.

HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY IN THE SAUNA ?

If you're new to using a sauna, it's advisable to limit your session to 10 minutes or less. Once you begin using the sauna more frequently, you can extend the time as you see fit. However, if you experience any discomfort, overheating or dizziness, it's important to leave the sauna immediately.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY ?

•  During the 1-year warranty period, in the case of non-human damage, all accessories, free replacement, and the shipping cost will be borne by the seller.

• During the 1-year warranty period, if all accessories are due to human factors, our company will be responsible for free replacement, and the freight will be borne by the buyer.
• During the warranty period of more than one year (not including one year), if all accessories are damaged due to non-human factors, our company can replace them for the customer at the cost price, and the freight will be borne by the seller.
• During the warranty period of more than one year (not including one year), if all accessories are damaged due to human factors, our company can replace them for the customer at the cost price, and the freight will be borne by the buyer.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE SAUNA ?

Our sauna is assembled from multiple wooden panels and is easy to install, requiring only two people to complete the installation. You can choose to install it by yourself according to your needs (we will provide a full set of installation instructions and videos), or you can choose the installation service provided by us (installed by a professional installation company, but not including the cost of electricity).

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ?

• From the day you receive the goods, you have 30 nature days to apply for a return.
• Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours ,we  will replace or reissue it for you free of charge.
• You can cancel the order for free within 24 hours after you confirm the order.
